People everywhere resolve on a daily basis to get fit, lose weight, become healthier, or to take action on their decreasing mobility, functionality, and vitality. Unfortunately, most people never attain their desired goals. I've heard all the excuses as to why it can't be done... lack of time; lack of energy; lack of motivation; lack of knowledge; injuries. To which I have one answer. Lack of committment. It can be done!
